Godfried Teunens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Camilo Freixa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Godfried Teunens showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 16 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Godfried Teunens in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camilo Freixa saved Bolivia from getting behind. In the 20th minute Godfried Teunens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Godfried Teunens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Bichineta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 28th match minute, Bolivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Tejedor to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Godfried Teunens struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Camilo Freixa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Bichineta. 32 minutes into the match, Godfried Teunens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Camilo Freixa. Bolivia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Godfried Teunens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Ismael Tejedor charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ismael Tejedor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Ismael Tejedor hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Godfried Teunens took a quick shot and it went in 7-0 without a chance for Camilo Freixa to make any attempt to save it. Godfried Teunens struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Camilo Freixa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Bichineta. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mario Fernandino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Godfried Teunens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 59th minute, Godfried Teunens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. La Bichineta made a substitution. Eliseo Iigo replaced Godfried Teunens. In the 62nd minute, Vennard Rojak made a precise shot to the right of Camilo Freixa. Bolivia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Bolivia's attentive Ismael Tejedor managed to snatch the ball when Amado Filipo made a throw-in in the 65th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Eliseo Iigo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliseo Iigo in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camilo Freixa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 96 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Castel came free, but Camilo Freixa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
