They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Canada's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jan Dixon in the 62nd minute. In the 97th minute, Canada's Theo Burton ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nilson Peres. Nilson Peres yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. The ITAFUT 4EVER fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Canada were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
