Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Edmundo Espiga made the kick off and thus started the match. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wang Cheng was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gärsnäs BF's goalkeeper Wang Cheng, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 11th match minute, Gärsnäs BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Hägglund to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wang Cheng saved Gärsnäs BF from getting behind. Sverker Ödman took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wang Cheng prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 29 minutes into the match, Gärsnäs BF's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Wang Cheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Wang Cheng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 35 minutes of play, Gärsnäs BF's George Hägglund made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 40th minute of the match Gärsnäs BF got a corner. Honduras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dane Friebe ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Gärsnäs BF's Dane Friebe to fire away a dangerous shot which Lautaro Navarro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Gärsnäs BF's Sverker Ödman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lautaro Navarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When George Hägglund came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Gärsnäs BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that George Hägglund couldn't finish the play. In the 46th minute, Sverker Ödman fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Lautaro Navarro, passed just outside the right post.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sverker Ödman made a kick off. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gärsnäs BF! Gärsnäs BF:s Wang Cheng showed great skill when he stopped Edmundo Espiga:s penalty. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sverker Ödman in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute Gärsnäs BF were awarded a corner. Dane Friebe went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Espiga got free with Wang Cheng in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dane Friebe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sverker Ödman in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Wang Cheng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute Dane Friebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Gärsnäs BF getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. George Hägglund hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edmundo Espiga was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 84th minute. Honduras's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tord Lang during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 88 minutes into the game, Emil Dahlberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gärsnäs BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. In the 88th minute, Emil Dahlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Honduras's Edmundo Espiga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wang Cheng. That made the score 2-1 after 97 minutes of play.
