Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 3rd minute of play forced Barça Salvadoreño FC's goalkeeper Paradorn Todor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute, Barça Salvadoreño FC's Maggi Gonzáles dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Joaquin Gayoso was a little too slow when Alexander Navas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 2-0. Coenraad Peters got a throw-in 26 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Rudi Bremke. Maggi Gonzáles in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience was convinced that Maximiliano Escribano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paradorn Todor was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Alexander Navas in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Coenraad Peters, made in the 36th minute of the game. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alexander Navas's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Sylwester Radziszewski kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After having played for 42 minutes, Jaime Cazalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Cazalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maximiliano Escribano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After some careless play in the Uruguay defense, Alexander Navas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. The Uruguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquin Gayoso should have stopped the shot. You Ang Zhou hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Navas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximiliano Escribano got free with Paradorn Todor in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute, Rudi Bremke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 70th minute Maggi Gonzáles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, Coenraad Peters threw the ball into play from the sideline. Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Paradorn Todor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from Coenraad Peters in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. After 80th play minutes Rudi Bremke shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Joaquin Gayoso and just under the crossbar into goal. 83 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Rudi Bremke came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Beldad kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rudi Bremke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
