Stanislaw Iwanowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 87th minute of the match. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 88th minute. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KP Opel Kamień's Stanislaw Iwanowski did a great save. KP Opel Kamień's Stanislaw Iwanowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save KP Opel Kamień from getting a goal against them.
