Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Costa Rica's Axel Tasis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Högdalstippen-Highvalley getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Aron Holmgren hit a great ball. If Aron Holmgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aron Holmgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Aron Holmgren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Tasis in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kleon Pallini saved Högdalstippen-Highvalley from getting behind. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Daniel Jacobsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. 18 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aron Holmgren. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Lautaro Puig hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Aron Holmgren dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benito Sanz, 3-0. Joakim Larsson kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Per-Olof Sjögren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Per-Olof Sjögren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Daniel Jacobsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute, Alexander Carballo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 34 minutes, Per-Olof Sjögren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Högdalstippen-Highvalley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per-Olof Sjögren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aron Holmgren in the 36th minute. Aron Holmgren in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benito Sanz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpected shot in the 39th minute by Arvid Josefsson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Jacobsson in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aron Holmgren to strike the kick off in the second half. Daniel Jacobsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Aron Holmgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Aron Holmgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Aron Holmgren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. In the 69th minute Aron Holmgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. In the 73rd minute, Aron Holmgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Högdalstippen-Highvalley fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aron Holmgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 82 minutes Costa Rica's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Casper Hansson who took care of the corner kick. Allan Dahlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Aron Holmgren put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Benito Sanz. After 91 minutes, Alan Moruga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Högdalstippen-Highvalley players grew even worse after the yellow card. Högdalstippen-Highvalley's Sivert Blomquist was substituted for Aron Holmgren. Alan Moruga kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 97th minute of the match Casper Hansson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Sanz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Högdalstippen-Highvalley had played much better football throughout.
