Brow Team's Korneliusz Ciempa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Salvador Gisbert in the 9 minute of the game. Brow Team made a substitution. Herbert Witwicki replaced Czeslaw Bochinski. Brow Team's Zachary Wojno was substituted for Dawid Adamczak. A collision led to Brow Team getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Korneliusz Ciempa hit a great ball. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Igor Siekierski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

After a defensive mix-up in Brow Team's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Igor Siekierski came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 51st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Franciszek Modliszewski put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. After having played for 58 minutes, Kryspin Owsiak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brow Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kryspin Owsiak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Igor Siekierski in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 60 minutes into the match, Brow Team's goalkeeper Igor Siekierski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Czeslaw Tipinski in the 62nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Igor Siekierski in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 67 minutes into the game, Kryspin Owsiak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Tipinski in the 72nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Czeslaw Tipinski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. In the 85th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brow Team's Czeslaw Tipinski got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 93rd minute Czeslaw Tipinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Brow Team fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
