Ruben Montez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 24th minute. A nice corner shot did that Luca Rouco got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ruben Montez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ciro Di Marzio in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dante Lacasa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Di Marzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Chip Potterton during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 played minutes Hala Madrid Iraki FC got a freekick which was hit by Chip Potterton. Mexico's Joel Gaona couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 34th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Hala Madrid Iraki FC. The supporters of Hala Madrid Iraki FC booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Macos Graciani didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd match minute, Hala Madrid Iraki FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mark Åberg to maneuver through the defense. Macos Graciani charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The wind increased when Ciro Di Marzio made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Alberto Tafalla reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ruben Montez. The goal made the score 0-1. Lautaro Mancebo made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 60thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Ruben Montez would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Hala Madrid Iraki FC's Aquilino Damásio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leonardo Leoz in the 70 minute of the game. Hala Madrid Iraki FC made a substitution. Stefan Danielsson replaced Valentin Axelsson. The throw-in from Leonardo Leoz in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Hala Madrid Iraki FC's Aquilino Damásio. In the 75th minute, Marcelo Gallarde ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Lautaro Mancebo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 77th minute. Mexico's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. A collision led to Hala Madrid Iraki FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Jaime Egaña hit a great ball. With a little luck, Hala Madrid Iraki FC's Ruben Montez got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hala Madrid Iraki FC's Jaime Egaña managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leonardo Leoz in the 86 minute of the game. Hala Madrid Iraki FC's Jaime Egaña quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Leonardo Leoz, made in the 87th minute of the game. Aquilino Damásio kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Hala Madrid Iraki FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Mexico had controlled the match.
