Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jhon de Kort took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute Naguib Karam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douwe Velez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, Seif Maged hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the match, Biban's goal looked a bit too open when Jhon de Kort came free, but Gameel Baher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samir Helal hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute Jhon de Kort shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gameel Baher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Monzer Hakeem left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Biban fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Harmen Janssen kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Biban's Gamal Salah el din tried to score from far away in the 24th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Kareem Abaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jhon de Kort sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Samir Helal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Monzer Hakeem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Go Ahead Eagles defense, Kareem Abaza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Douwe Velez. The Go Ahead Eagles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Douwe Velez should have stopped the shot. Douwe Velez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monzer Hakeem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kareem Abaza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Douwe Velez made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Monzer Hakeem sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Kareem Abaza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Biban's supporters rose to their feet, but Kareem Abaza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Douwe Velez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Go Ahead Eagles booed when Biban was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seif Maged didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jhon de Kort took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gameel Baher. Gameel Baher dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 60th minute, Roland van Zijl made a precise shot to the right of Gameel Baher. Biban's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Harmen Janssen hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, Go Ahead Eagles's goalkeeper Douwe Velez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Monzer Hakeem. Gamal Salah el din charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gamal Salah el din the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Kareem Abaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gameel Baher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland van Zijl in the 73rd minute of the match. The supporters of Go Ahead Eagles booed when Biban was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdel Masoud Nagy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jhon de Kort fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gameel Baher having to interfere. Douwe Velez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kareem Abaza in the 87th minute of the match. Roland van Zijl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Gameel Baher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Jhon de Kort left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Go Ahead Eagles fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. If Kareem Abaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Go Ahead Eagles's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
