Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Axel Tasis took the kick off in the first half of the match. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Zlatan Malmberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aydın Tor, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Zlatan Malmberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benito Sanz, 2-0. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Aydın Tor sent off a good shot on target. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zlatan Malmberg in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute, Newcastle United F.C.'s Aydın Tor ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Abel Carballo got a free kick in the 18th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Newcastle United F.C.'s Fredrik Glanselius slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benito Sanz. That made the score 4-0 after 21 minutes of play. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Joakim Vennerlund scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 5-0. In the 27th minute Zlatan Malmberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aaron Alcocer during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aaron Alcocer kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Joakim Vennerlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Joakim Vennerlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fredrik Glanselius's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Aydın Tor hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute Aydın Tor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseo Noboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Rasmus Sigman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aydın Tor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. Aydın Tor was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 38th minute. Newcastle United F.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Aydın Tor sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. In the 45th minute, Aydın Tor reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benito Sanz. The goal made the score 7-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aydın Tor to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aydın Tor in the 52nd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Efrain Moruga hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witomir Arnista in the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Zlatan Malmberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zlatan Malmberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Aaron Alcocer hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Fredrik Glanselius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Fredrik Glanselius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aydın Tor scored 9-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fredrik Glanselius went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Aydın Tor sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Aydın Tor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Joakim Vennerlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Witomir Arnista notched a goal, 13-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Newcastle United F.C.'s Aydın Tor. But to his dismay, Aydın Tor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 14-0. After 93 minutes, Aydın Tor made it 15-0 with a short kick to the right side. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
