Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kim Lekberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Joshua Garrido in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Club Atletico Los Andes's Tomáš Lamačka. Kim Lekberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 20 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Kim Lekberg came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kim Lekberg in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Indiano to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Kim Lekberg sent off a good shot on target. Dochko Rodev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Mastache, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute of the match Colombia got a corner. Club Atletico Los Andes's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 33rd minute, Joshua Garrido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dochko Rodev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Abram Sarmiento got free with Dochko Rodev in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dochko Rodev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Tomáš Lamačka hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. When Colombia's Abram Secada, in the 69th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Colombia. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ignacio Mastache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dochko Rodev having to interfere.
