Club Atletico Los Andes's Kim Lekberg got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Orlando Inautzi kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 10th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joshua Garrido to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kim Lekberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kim Lekberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kim Lekberg went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Dochko Rodev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 26th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Abram Sarmiento made a precise shot to the right of Dochko Rodev. Club Atletico Los Andes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 29th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dochko Rodev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kim Lekberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kim Lekberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kim Lekberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 38th minute of play forced Club Atletico Los Andes's goalkeeper Dochko Rodev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dochko Rodev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Club Atletico Los Andes's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomáš Lamačka in the 76th minute. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. In the 95th minute, Pascual Carballar made a precise shot to the right of Dochko Rodev. Club Atletico Los Andes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3.
