The corner ended in Radomir Buczko almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. Julio Vera was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Radomir Buczko showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genzo Wakabayashi having to interfere. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the match, Bektaş Veli Bengisoy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bektaş Veli Bengisoy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Daniel Zorita kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Genzo Wakabayashi made a huge save. In the 94th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner.
