Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Costa Rica's Axel Tasis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Atahan Hasret didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eliseo Noboa went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the ★ŞaNLı uRFa BiReCiK SPoR★ defense, Eliseo Noboa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atahan Hasret. The ★ŞaNLı uRFa BiReCiK SPoR★ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atahan Hasret should have stopped the shot. Gökalp Murat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Lautaro Puig hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Eliseo Noboa scored 0-4 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Atahan Hasret, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 26 minutes into the match, ★ŞaNLı uRFa BiReCiK SPoR★'s goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Noboa came free, but Atahan Hasret reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a free kick in the 31st minute. Atahan Hasret showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Puig, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gökalp Murat to strike the kick off in the second half. Axel Tasiss short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Atahan Hasret to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Axel Tasis took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Atahan Hasret to make any attempt to save it. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Anıl Yalınç in the 65th minute of the match. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sefa Ahid kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Gökalp Murat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by ★ŞaNLı uRFa BiReCiK SPoR★'s Mehmet Anıl Yalınç. But to his dismay, Mehmet Anıl Yalınç quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. ★ŞaNLı uRFa BiReCiK SPoR★'s Muzaffer Gagauz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hugo Ferrant, made in the 89th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Celal Cabir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Celal Cabir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Anıl Yalınç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexander Carballo kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Osman Tahir was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 94th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Mehmet Anıl Yalınç managed to get in a good position for a shot. ★ŞaNLı uRFa BiReCiK SPoR★'s supporters rose to their feet, but Mehmet Anıl Yalınç was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The ★ŞaNLı uRFa BiReCiK SPoR★ manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Costa Rica to win.
