Camilo Freixa was left in no man's land by his defense there! A long shot from Lluis Idiaquez in the 19th minute of play was well struck, but Camilo Freixa made a really good save at the right post. In the 22nd minute of the match Yao Ning Zhen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Camilo Freixa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jan-Erik Magnusson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 23rd playminute. Camilo Freixa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Erik Magnusson, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After some careless play in the Bolivia defense, Jan-Erik Magnusson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camilo Freixa. The Bolivia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camilo Freixa should have stopped the shot. Ismael Tejedor kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Jan-Erik Magnusson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mario Fernandino to strike the kick off in the second half. Jan-Erik Magnusson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Camilo Freixa having to make a save. In the 56th minute there was a penalty for Cebollas. Lluis Idiaquez stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Camilo Freixa. 6-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan-Erik Magnusson in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camilo Freixa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Erik Magnusson in the 69th minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
