Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jaime Pardo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Campeones del Mundo's Daniel Igon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 3rd minute of play. In the 6th match minute, Campeones del Mundo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Sugoi to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute, Gervasio Demario had to leave the field with a concussion. In the 10th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Covarrubias to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Lindo Trollo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Campeones del Mundo's supporters rose to their feet, but Lindo Trollo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Nores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute Emilio Sugoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Rosendo Bide was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Campeones del Mundo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paraguay the free kick. A collision led to Campeones del Mundo getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Rosendo Bide hit a great ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Lindo Trollo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Campeones del Mundo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lindo Trollo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lindo Trollo in the 24th minute of the match. If Hector Covarrubias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the game, Ladislao Fraco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Campeones del Mundo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paraguay the free kick. Ladislao Fraco hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Lindo Trollo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jacobo Nores. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 42nd match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Covarrubias to maneuver through the defense. Rosendo Bide got his second yellow card in the match during the 43rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Sixto Oier's late challenge caught a Paraguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sixto Oier helped the player get up and apologised. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lindo Trollo, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lindo Trollo in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. 57 minutes into the match, Lindo Trollo notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Paraguay's Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ladislao Fraco hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Hector Covarrubias got his second yellow card in the match during the 67th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. 72 minutes into the match, Lindo Trollo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lindo Trollo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 76th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Escribano to maneuver through the defense. Lindo Trollo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacobo Nores having to make a save. In the 78th minute, Emilio Sugoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Campeones del Mundo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. A sloppy throw-in by Emilio Sugoi in the 83rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Paraguay's Xavier Zoido. In the 87th minute, Lindo Trollo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emilio Sugoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lindo Trollo, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lindo Trollo in the 94th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
