Paul Ramon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 24 minutes into the match, RamPa Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Paul Ramon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 25th minute of play forced RamPa Football Club's goalkeeper Paul Ramon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Murillo was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute RamPa Football Club were awarded a corner. Long Ke Yang went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Long Ke Yang almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Peru's Rolando Noboa did a great save. Julian Murillo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Paul Ramon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 60 minutes into the game, Marcelo Gallardo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Alonso Berganza quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. RamPa Football Club's Berker Karabey was substituted for Marino Pacheco. RamPa Football Club made a substitution. Francesco Granata replaced Long Ke Yang. Peru's Alonso Berganza quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Marcelo Gallardo, made in the 70th minute of the game. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arda Nurettin in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arda Nurettin in the 96th minute of play. Peru's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
