In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aniol Peña in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Bertol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emmanuel Reyes hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Joel Bertol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Mina in the 36th minute of the match. Joel Bertol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 38th minute of play. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Aniol Peña sent off a good shot on target. JEMBer UTara's Joel Bertol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 42nd minute of play.

JEMBer UTara's Rafet Nesip was substituted for Aniol Peña. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rafet Nesip was the one to do the kick off. Joel Bertol made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th match minute, JEMBer UTara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolly Salisbury to maneuver through the defense. Joel Bertol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st match minute, JEMBer UTara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mukti Sugandi to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind JEMBer UTara's goalkeeper Joel Bertol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Milagros Fraga made in the 83rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by JEMBer UTara's Mukti Sugandi. Rafet Nesip might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Noboa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rafet Nesip ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 84th minute Rafet Nesip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Bertol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Tenorio in the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Rafet Nesip made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. JEMBer UTara were victorious despite being under pressure from Peru for much of the match.
