The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dito Quirino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geovani Sanches in the 9th minute of play. Maicon Trevisan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 12th minute of the match. The corner ended in Alonso Berganza almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Jereba 4EVER's Maicon Trevisan did a great save. Peru's Anthony Alvarado quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Natanael Munhoz, made in the 18th minute of the game. After 20 minutes of play, Peru's Julian Murillo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maicon Trevisan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jereba 4EVER's Natanael Munhoz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alonso Berganza, made in the 26th minute of the game. Maicon Trevisan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luz Tejedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Jereba 4EVER's Maicon Trevisan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 31st minute of play. Peru's Alonso Berganza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Natanael Munhoz in the 36 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 37th minute of play forced Jereba 4EVER's goalkeeper Maicon Trevisan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maicon Trevisan having to interfere. Maicon Trevisan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maicon Trevisan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luz Tejedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dito Quirino to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Raí Peixoto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maicon Trevisan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Rafinha Cearense hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jereba 4EVER's goalkeeper Maicon Trevisan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 58th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Jereba 4EVER's goalkeeper Maicon Trevisan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. Natanael Munhoz made in the 64th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. Peru were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Jereba 4EVER's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Luz Tejedor fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Maicon Trevisan quite easily take care of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Murillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maicon Trevisan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. 86 minutes into the match, Peru's Rafael Gallo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maicon Trevisan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Percy de Barros in the 87th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 88 in the game by Rafael Gallo from a close distance when the talented Maicon Trevisan managed to make a qualified save. Jereba 4EVER's players were relieved. Rafael Gallo took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maicon Trevisan. Maicon Trevisan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Peru's Antonio Tenorio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maicon Trevisan. That made the score 0-3 after 95 minutes of play. The Jereba 4EVER fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Peru were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
