Colombia's Kevin Mastache managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Du Yue Yun in the 21 minute of the game. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Feng Chao Wei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santino Seco in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Goodman came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saul Goodman got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Colombia would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
