Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fomac FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Erland Söderberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erland Söderberg came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The supporters of Fomac FK booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustín Saelices didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erland Söderberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 38th minute of play forced Fomac FK's goalkeeper Erland Söderberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Montes hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Tobias Stenström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Tobias Stenström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Fomac FK's Iacob Pascu got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fomac FK's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erland Söderberg came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armando Paraibano during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Armando Paraibano kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eddie Sörman was the one to do the kick off. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 53 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Fomac FK's Erland Söderberg. Erland Söderberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Fomac FK's Eddie Sörman in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. Erland Söderberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 67th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Sancho to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eddie Sörman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Erland Söderberg. Erland Söderberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Erland Söderberg made a huge save. 79 minutes into the match, Fomac FK's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Erland Söderberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Eddie Sörman came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Fomac FK's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Erland Söderberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erland Söderberg made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. In the 93rd minute Peder Rolfsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
