Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Montes in the 7th minute of play. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kobe Bryant in the 11th minute of play. Kobe Bryant struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ona Somrient FC. Claude Erosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 21st minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ona Somrient FC's Claude Erosa. Claude Erosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 24th minute, Luix Palmades hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claude Erosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enzo Herrero in the 38th minute. Silvano Montes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claude Erosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Agustín Saelices fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ecuador's protests and gave Agustín Saelices a yellow card for diving instead. In the 48th minute of the game, Ona Somrient FC got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Kobe Bryant hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Ona Somrient FC's Kobe Bryant got a free kick in the 61st minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Alcantara in the 63rd minute of play. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77thth minute of the game Kobe Bryant who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Ona Somrient FC's Kobe Bryant sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ona Somrient FC's Ugaitz Palencia was substituted for Luix Palmades. Rodolfo Dias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 96th minute Rodolfo Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Ona Somrient FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
