Dimitris Skondras's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ricardo Zorita firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 7th minute Lv Hai Chong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dimitris Skondras could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. Ricardo Zorita was a little too slow when Lv Hai Chong got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 13 minutes of play, MICE F.C.'s Dimitris Skondras made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zorita was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ricardo Zorita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zinédine Papoutsiadis went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dimitris Skondras in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Zorita saved El Salvador from getting behind. Christos Perivolakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Fernandino, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Ricardo Zorita was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Dimitris Skondras capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dimitris Skondras really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. MICE F.C. were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after El Salvador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Panos Kavaliaratos took the corner. After 32 minutes of play, MICE F.C.'s John Asklund made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zorita was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Lv Hai Chong in the 40th minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricardo Zorita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dimitris Skondras went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. In the 47th match minute, MICE F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ding Hakimi to maneuver through the defense. MICE F.C. made a substitution. Jorden De Brouwer replaced Panos Kavaliaratos. A collision led to MICE F.C. getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Ding Hakimi hit a great ball. After having played for 50 minutes, Mateo Leguizamo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Salvador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mateo Leguizamo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Moises Fernandino to make the kick off. If Lv Hai Chong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zinédine Papoutsiadis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lv Hai Chong, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Marco Tamayo kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Dimitris Skondras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Dimitris Skondras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The MICE F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when MICE F.C.'s Dimitris Skondras looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 85 minutes of play, MICE F.C.'s Dimitris Skondras made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zorita was left in no man's land by his defense there! MICE F.C.'s Iraklis Mortensøn was substituted for Isaltino Borges. After some careless play in the El Salvador defense, Lv Hai Chong kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. The El Salvador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Zorita should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Lorenzo Yepes got a free kick in the 97th minute. Iraklis Mortensøn didn't quite understand what happened when in the 98 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. MICE F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
