Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Muc having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Jeronimo Solustiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 15 played minutes Maravilla got a freekick which was hit by Jeronimo Solustiano. Tomas Illescas took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Prospero Muc. Prospero Muc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Prospero Muc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Jeronimo Solustiano made in the 26th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. In the 29th match minute, Maravilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Sal to maneuver through the defense. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Maravilla's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prospero Muc came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Maravilla players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Venezuela were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simon Rameriz was the one to do the kick off. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Prospero Muc made a huge save. Alex Chicote made in the 57th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Maravilla's Jeronimo Solustiano. Prospero Muc made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Maravilla's goalkeeper Prospero Muc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 74 minutes, Paulo Arnau mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maravilla and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Maravilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Arnau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Muc having to interfere. With a little luck, Maravilla's Prospero Muc got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 87th minute, Patricio Costa fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Prospero Muc, passed just outside the right post. 87 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Prospero Muc was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Maravilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeronimo Solustiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jose Correa scored 0-3 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Prospero Muc, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venezuela's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
