Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joel Gaona took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Konstantinas Malevičius. LFK Spyris's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Mancebo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 6th minute of play forced LFK Spyris's goalkeeper Konstantinas Malevičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the LFK Spyris defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Konstantinas Malevičius. The LFK Spyris fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Konstantinas Malevičius should have stopped the shot. 22 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Konstantinas Malevičius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 25 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Konstantinas Malevičius was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lautaro Mancebo scored 1-5 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Konstantinas Malevičius, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Lorenzo Cazalla hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, LFK Spyris's Giedrius Domeika tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Lorenzo Cazalla kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 45th minute of play forced LFK Spyris's goalkeeper Konstantinas Malevičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. LFK Spyris's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Konstantinas Malevičius quite easily take care of the ball. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aldas Alvinskas was the one to do the kick off. Lautaro Mancebo might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Konstantinas Malevičius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lautaro Mancebo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 63rd minute, Alberto Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 65 minutes of play, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Konstantinas Malevičius was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Konstantinas Malevičius made a huge save. In the 82nd minute, Mexico's Joel Gaona dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-8. Jonas Mikuckis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Mexico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than LFK Spyris throughout the match.
