Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jan-Erik Tunberg got the match started through his kick off. The throw-in from Eric Bertaux in the 4th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Jan-Erik Tunberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polly Magoo Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan-Erik Tunberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Venezuela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 7th minute. Penalty! Jonathan Ferrant had in the 10thth minute some difficulties stopping Roy Johnsson's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. If Omero Zubiaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venezuela's attentive Alex Chicote managed to snatch the ball when Eric Bertaux made a throw-in in the 24th minute of the game. After 25 minutes, Alex Chicote mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Polly Magoo Juniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. Markus Fågel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Jan-Erik Tunberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polly Magoo Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan-Erik Tunberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patricio Costa to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Eric Bertaux hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Erik Tunberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. When Polly Magoo Juniors's Jan-Erik Tunberg in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Erik Tunberg in the 61st minute of the match. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Markus Fågel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 67 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Erik Tunberg in the 68th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Erik Tunberg in the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Polly Magoo Juniors were awarded a corner. Roy Johnsson went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Polly Magoo Juniors's Roy Johnsson to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Omero Zubiaga came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Polly Magoo Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Omero Zubiaga couldn't finish the play. Omero Zubiaga kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Jan-Erik Tunberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Alex Chicote hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Polly Magoo Juniors.
