Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Runa United's Richard Söderström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 姜青超 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 6 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Arias. After recieving a nice pass, Runa United's Bogdan Pânzaru tried to score from far away in the 6th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 11 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montes. 姜青超 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 14th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aleksander Vassenius during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 姜青超 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 姜青超 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Runa United's 姜青超 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 23rd minute of play. Richard Söderströms short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Julio Vera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute of play forced Runa United's goalkeeper 姜青超 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Runa United's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but 姜青超 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 姜青超 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Richard Söderström in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio Vera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 47th match minute, Runa United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aleksander Vassenius to maneuver through the defense. 49 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 姜青超 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 50th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Luis Andino hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. In the 55th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Arias to maneuver through the defense. 姜青超 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustín Saelices in the 59th minute. Ecuador's Luis Andino got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Runa United made a substitution. Tage Deckbergh replaced Richard Söderström. In the 64thth minute of the game Tage Deckbergh who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tage Deckbergh in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With 75 minutes on the clock, Antonio Arias commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 75 minutes into the game, one of Ecuador:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 姜青超 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tage Deckbergh, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tage Deckbergh went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Runa United's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 姜青超 came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tage Deckbergh, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Luis Andino hit a great freekick 99 minutes into the match. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great freekick 100 minutes into the match. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Ecuador's goalie and right to Harry Boumans. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Ecuador's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
