Luis Cazalla got a throw-in 6 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Pascual Carballar. 8 minutes into the match, VILLARREAL UNITED's Valentin Voicu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 9th minute of the game Luis Cazalla made a throw-in which Kevin Mastache played forward. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Valentin Voicu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Valentin Voicu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedro Manzanares was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Valentin Voicu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Valentin Voicu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Baraxil Sarrate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Valentin Voicu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. After 26 minutes Colombia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Florian Pruss who took care of the corner kick. The corner led VILLARREAL UNITED's Florian Pruss to fire away a dangerous shot which Pedro Manzanares despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Pedro Manzanares didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 28th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Valentin Voicu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Colombia booed when VILLARREAL UNITED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Llin Villafane didn't get a good kick on the ball. VILLARREAL UNITED's Pacôme Daire was substituted for Florian Pruss. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Vesterberg in the 94th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the VILLARREAL UNITED players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
