Cătălin Trică took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Ferrant, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nistor Anton. Cătălin Trică showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Fontirroig, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Bolivia from getting a goal against them. In the 40th minute, Purcaresti CSS's Iustin Radovan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Camilo Freixa. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mario Fernandino was the one to do the kick off. If Emanuel Șerbulea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Iustin Radovan sped through Bolivia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Camilo Freixa. Iustin Radovan struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Camilo Freixa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Purcaresti CSS. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iustin Radovan in the 60th minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Purcaresti CSS booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Gallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 63 minutes of play, Purcaresti CSS's Iustin Radovan made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Camilo Freixa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ioan Bornescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee ignored Bolivia's protests and gave Ismael Tejedor a yellow card for diving instead. In the 73rd match minute, Bolivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Tejedor to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Nistor Anton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Iustin Radovan came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Purcaresti CSS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iustin Radovan couldn't finish the play.
