After 9 played minutes Boca Gregorian Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Boon. Gerard Daamen did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso 12 minutes into the match. Boca Gregorian Juniors's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Demy Salens in the 18th minute. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Kevin Carballal got a free kick in the 21st minute. Sébastien Haller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sébastien Haller in the 27th minute of play. Johannes Boon hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerard Daamen. 35 minutes into the match, Demy Salens dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Joaquin Gayoso, 2-0. 41 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Sébastien Haller came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerard Daamen in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Francisco Seco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Henk-Jan Appel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A.J. Reitsma made in the 68th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Wilfried Westerhof however managed to control. After 70 minutes Boca Gregorian Juniors's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jaime Cazalla who took care of the corner kick. Uruguay's Jaime Cazalla was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Henk-Jan Appel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 74 played minutes Boca Gregorian Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Kim Olofsson. In the 84th minute, Demy Salens made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Gerard Daamen scored 6-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 91 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Gerard Daamen came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
