The supporters of Froghino booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montenegro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Froghino's Jiří Skrbek got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 4 minutes into the match, David Kunovský had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Kunovský was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Jiří Skrbek came free with the goalkeeper in the 8th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Julio Vera could save by the left post. After 9 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Radek Jílek who took care of the corner kick. Jiří Skrbek made a great header on Froghino's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. Jiří Skrbek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. 17 minutes into the game, Jiří Skrbek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radislav Hošťálek having to interfere. After some careless play in the Froghino defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radislav Hošťálek. The Froghino fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radislav Hošťálek should have stopped the shot. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Radislav Hošťálek. Radislav Hošťálek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Radislav Hošťálek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 56th minute. David Kunovský sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Froghino made a substitution. Vojtěch Holásek replaced Radek Jílek. Froghino's Miroslav Valchář was substituted for Vítor Raposo. In the 76th minute of the match, Cristian Sancho got a very nice opportunity to score, but Radislav Hošťálek was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A hard shot 78 in the game by Daniel Zorita from a close distance when the talented Radislav Hošťálek managed to make a qualified save. Froghino's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Radislav Hošťálek in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Kunovský, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
