Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrei Shevchenko in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrei Shevchenko in the 5th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Sänningstjärns BK's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Mito Troyanov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrei Shevchenko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 18th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mito Troyanov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrei Shevchenko in the 20th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrei Shevchenko in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thiago Pliego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 24 minutes into the match, Sänningstjärns BK's Andrei Shevchenko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mito Troyanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The corner led to Sänningstjärns BK's André Holmberg getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 37th minute, Andrei Shevchenko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sänningstjärns BK made a substitution. Hans Benedict replaced Andrei Shevchenko. The supporters of Sänningstjärns BK booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Manzanedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute Hans Benedict shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Hans Benedict sped through Chile's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. Sänningstjärns BK made a substitution. Olof Wallin replaced Knut Olsson. After 72 minutes Sänningstjärns BK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Lacasa who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Chile's Orlando Casaus to fire away a dangerous shot which Mito Troyanov despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 82nd minute, Orlando Casaus reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mito Troyanov. The goal made the score 3-1. Sänningstjärns BK's Stig-Ove Melin was substituted for André Holmberg. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sänningstjärns BK had won after a very even match.
