Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jaime Pardo kicked off to start the match. Qu Wei scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacobo Nores, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Proteu booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Campos didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Denílson Tepedino fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Proteu's protests and gave Denílson Tepedino a yellow card for diving instead. Denílson Tepedino hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Qu Wei blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacobo Nores having to make a save. Jacobo Nores made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Qu Wei sent off a good shot on target. Denílson Tepedino made in the 25th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Paraguay's Primitivo Escribano. In the 28thth minute of the game Qu Wei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 32nd minute, Paraguay's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after 毛明昆 fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Qu Wei got free with Jacobo Nores in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qu Wei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute, Hector Covarrubias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Qu Wei made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denílson Tepedino in the 51st minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Naci Kıncal in the 55th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qu Wei in the 57th minute of play. 毛明昆 struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Proteu. The audience was convinced that Qu Wei's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Nores was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. 毛明昆's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacobo Nores read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Jaime Pardo charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jaime Pardo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 69th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Pardo to maneuver through the defense. 毛明昆 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Proteu's Qu Wei. But to his dismay, Qu Wei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 79 minutes into the game, Denílson Tepedino threw the ball into play from the sideline. Paraguay's Ivan Prats quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Qu Wei went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Denílson Tepedino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Denílson Tepedino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 90 minutes, Hílton Vasconcelos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Proteu and the Paraguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hílton Vasconcelos kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 毛明昆 struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Proteu. In the 95th minute, Qu Wei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Nores was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Proteu had won after a very even match.
