In the 32nd minute of the match Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy got a corner. Peru's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Despite this Rolando Noboa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Eliseo Mina came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Mina couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustaw Nowak. The Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustaw Nowak should have stopped the shot. Gustaw Nowak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 40th minute of the match. Milagros Fraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaw Nowak having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tristan Lannister made a kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Gustaw Nowak successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The throw-in from Felix Blas in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbyszek Le Bonniec in the 61st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's zone, Eliseo Mina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustaw Nowak came out of the goal and Eliseo Mina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Pedro Dracena, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. With a little luck, Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Gustaw Nowak got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 75th minute, Milagros Fraga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luz Tejedor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustaw Nowak having to make a save. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Felix Blas in the 84 minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Rafael Gallo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafael Gallo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustaw Nowak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felix Blas got a throw-in 92 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Walery Bienienda. In the 93rd minute, Peru's Rafael Gallo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gustaw Nowak. Gustaw Nowak yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Peru had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
