The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Koby Fletcher the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of USA protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Koby Fletcher had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 2 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for USA! USA:s Marco Day showed great skill when he stopped Fabrício Lopes:s penalty. FC Fura Balizas were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after USA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gusmão Benevides took the corner. A hard shot 13 in the game by Olívio Ribas from a close distance when the talented Marco Day managed to make a qualified save. USA's players were relieved. 23 minutes into the match, Monty Rogers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Long Gang Sen. FC Fura Balizas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Monty Rogers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabrício Lopes got free with Marco Day in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marco Day was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Olívio Ribas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 33 minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Olívio Ribas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marco Day, 2-1. 44 minutes into the match, FC Fura Balizas's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Long Gang Sen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olívio Ribas scored 3-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Day, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Monty Rogers to make the kick off. Olívio Ribas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. With a little luck, FC Fura Balizas's Long Gang Sen got control of the ball when Edward Mcdonald tried to sneak it across the goal line. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. After a rather tough play, FC Fura Balizas's Gusmão Benevides got a free kick in the 76th minute. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. FC Fura Balizas's Eugeniusz Sanocki was substituted for Olívio Ribas. After 78 played minutes FC Fura Balizas got a freekick which was hit by Gusmão Benevides. Long Gang Sen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khalid Parry, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Fura Balizas were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after USA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gusmão Benevides took the corner. Long Gang Sen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khalid Parry in the 93rd minute of play. The FC Fura Balizas players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
