Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arkadiusz Barciniak having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Konrad Resel came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Koti Kot in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koti Kot in the 11th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Konrad Resel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arkadiusz Barciniak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. After 21 minutes, Koti Kot made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ecuador's Julio Vera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 25 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Konrad Resel came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konrad Resel, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Thunderstorm Riders's Kudret Tüzer was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 31st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konrad Resel in the 35th minute of the match. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 minutes of play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arkadiusz Barciniak was left in no man's land by his defense there! Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Koti Kot sent off a good shot on target. 46 minutes into the match, Thunderstorm Riders's Konrad Resel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koti Kot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arkadiusz Barciniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Thunderstorm Riders's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Arkadiusz Barciniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kudret Tüzer took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kudret Tüzer in the 57th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Thunderstorm Riders's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Arkadiusz Barciniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Konrad Resel went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Houseman in the 76th minute of the match. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Thunderstorm Riders getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Almir Lago hit a great ball. Arkadiusz Barciniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Thunderstorm Riders's Daniel Houseman in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. A well-hit corner resulted in Luis Andino heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. When the referee blew the final whistle, Thunderstorm Riders could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
