Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mariano Lacasa took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 3rd minute of play forced GuateFortín's goalkeeper Nery Pumpido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Lacasa scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nery Pumpido, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind GuateFortín's goalkeeper Nery Pumpido, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zico Zellier kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. GuateFortín's Severo Rameriz was substituted for Stanyo Búnkov. After 13 played minutes GuateFortín got a freekick which was hit by Zico Zellier. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nery Pumpido read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. The audience was convinced that William Villanueva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. With his leg Thiago Pliego managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when GuateFortín's William Villanueva fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 24th minute, Mariano Lacasa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nery Pumpido was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 27 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nery Pumpido narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when William Villanueva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nery Pumpido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Casaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nery Pumpido read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. William Villanueva struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Thiago Pliego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GuateFortín. A collision led to GuateFortín getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Máximo Perrone hit a great ball. Pedro Indiano kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. William Villanueva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when William Villanueva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mariano Lacasa went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Chile's Pedro Indiano to a score. 1-3 in the 79th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Nery Pumpido in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th minute, Chile's Orlando Casaus dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Nery Pumpido made a huge save. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Villanueva in the 89th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chile walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
