The shot was a little too simple and Dante Lacasa could save by the left post. Aaron Ramsdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 10th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Torbjörn Berg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa, 1-0. Torbjörn Berg struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elmtaryd Agunnaryd. 20 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Juračka. In the 24th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Ramsdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Juračka in the 25th minute. After 27 played minutes, Mexico's Joel Gaona shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mexico reached it. 29 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Torbjörn Berg. 31 minutes into the match, Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Aaron Ramsdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aaron Ramsdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aaron Ramsdal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lautaro Mancebo's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Macos Graciani hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

57 minutes into the match, Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Aaron Ramsdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aaron Ramsdal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joel Gaona showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 59 minute of play. Macos Graciani made in the 63rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Luca Rouco however managed to control. After 64 minutes, Eddie Hake mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elmtaryd Agunnaryd and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eddie Hake hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Ramsdal having to interfere. Bertil Göransson kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Martin Juračka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martin Juračka might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Juračka ran back to his position shaking his head. Lautaro Mancebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aaron Ramsdal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 88th playminute. Mexico played a much better game than Elmtaryd Agunnaryd and deserved their victory. The Elmtaryd Agunnaryd players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
