Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Humberto Leocadio got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th match minute, LA DEL MONO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higinio Botello to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Betadur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Higinio Botello received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lautaro Navarro came out and tried to block the shot, but Higinio Botello slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. Fabio Betadur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 20 minutes into the match, LA DEL MONO's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Fabio Betadur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Higinio Botello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Sebastian Villa hit a great ball. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Betadur having to interfere. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, LA DEL MONO's Nicolas Cheche sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lautaro Navarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Luca Espinar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Leocadio in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute of the match LA DEL MONO got a corner. Honduras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rigoberto Cordareo ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Rigoberto Cordareo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lautaro Navarro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 47 played minutes, Honduras's Luca Espinar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fabio Betadur came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Honduras reached it.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmundo Espiga made a kick off. Fabio Betadur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 52nd minute of play. Fabio Betadur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 55th minute of the match. The corner led Honduras's Edmundo Espiga to fire away a dangerous shot which Fabio Betadur despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Humberto Leocadio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Humberto Leocadio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. LA DEL MONO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Edmundo Espiga scored to the left of an out of position Fabio Betadur, making the score, 1-1. A sloppy throw-in by Elpidio Guillelmo in the 70th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Luca Espinar. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Leocadio in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Humberto Leocadio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Leocadio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmundo Espiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabio Betadur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
