The crowd rose to their feet as Otávio Valadares kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Demonde Jacobson. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Rafa Saraiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demonde Jacobson having to interfere. Demonde Jacobson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vitório Mello in the 8th minute. In the 11th minute Patrick Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute of the match Dedê Faria shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Demonde Jacobson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Hermes in the 18th minute of play. After 45 played minutes Jamaica got a freekick which was hit by Kordal Duff.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Finlay Stair stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Jamaica's Finlay Stair made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edinho Severo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Demonde Jacobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedê Faria in the 56th minute of the match. Vitório Mello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Demonde Jacobson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Espigão Steamrollers's Edinho Severo got control of the ball when Jarell Hill tried to sneak it across the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when Vitório Mello came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vitório Mello took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dedê Faria in the 83rd minute of play. In the 87th minute Finlay Stair shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho Severo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Hermes in the 94th minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Espigão Steamrollers walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
