Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alonzo Atarrabi took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Alonzo Atarrabi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alonzo Atarrabi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alonzo Atarrabi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Eustacio Ferman. lןןl Plebe Del Emperador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. If Alonzo Atarrabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alonzo Atarrabi in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Eustacio Ferman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Montenegro in the 39th minute of play. After 40 played minutes Alonzo Atarrabi rounded Ecuador's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. In the 44th minute of the match, Alonzo Atarrabi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 46 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Eustacio Ferman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. lןןl Plebe Del Emperador's Guille Rodriguez was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to lןןl Plebe Del Emperador getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Aquiles Bartuelo hit a great ball. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by lןןl Plebe Del Emperador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Eustacio Ferman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Ecuador's Cristian Sancho in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martin Rodriguez's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Tobias Constancio hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. lןןl Plebe Del Emperador's Daniel Laurendi was substituted for Julio Barraza. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Eustacio Ferman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Eustacio Ferman made a huge save. Ecuador were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
