The Racing Miami Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Rodney Hagen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. If Abram Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guilherme Veiga having to make a save. Guilherme Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 11th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Montenegro in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guilherme Veiga saved Racing Miami Futbol Club from getting behind. In the 14th minute of the match, Rodney Hagen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedro Manzanares was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 15th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guilherme Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute, Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pedro Manzanares. The goal made the score 2-0. Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 21 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Axel Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Guilherme Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 31st minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guilherme Veiga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 45th minute Racing Miami Futbol Club were awarded a corner. Larry Cermak went to the cornerflag to take it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.
Racing Miami Futbol Club made a substitution. Xu Yuan Lin replaced Larry Cermak. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. Guilherme Veiga made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Swanson, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Axel Montenegro in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Guilherme Veiga, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson in the 59th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Guilherme Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Mastache in the 62nd minute of play. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodney Hagen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chance Adams scored 6-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chance Adams in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Racing Miami Futbol Club's goalkeeper Guilherme Veiga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 90th match minute, Racing Miami Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Swanson to maneuver through the defense. Guilherme Veiga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abram Secada's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. The supporters of Colombia booed when Racing Miami Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Zeigler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abram Secada took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guilherme Veiga. Guilherme Veiga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-2.
