Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 狄昆傲 scored 2-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when 狄昆傲 got free with Benito Sanz in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 15th minute, Efrain Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 17 minutes Costa Rica's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vygantas Vyšniauskas who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on E.C. Galera's corner Vygantas Vyšniauskas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Benito Sanz quite easily take care of the ball. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 狄昆傲, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, 狄昆傲 notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 24 minutes into the game, Efrain Moruga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave E.C. Galera the free kick. Efrain Moruga kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Igor Vander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Igor Vander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eliseo Noboa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 狄昆傲 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 狄昆傲 in the 52nd minute of the match. 狄昆傲 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Igor Vander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. But to his dismay, 狄昆傲 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. 63 minutes into the game, 狄昆傲 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 66th minute, Vygantas Vyšniauskas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 狄昆傲 in the 69th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, 狄昆傲 notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 狄昆傲 couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the match, 狄昆傲 notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 狄昆傲 scored 13-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that E.C. Galera were the better team. E.C. Galera's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
