The supporters of Haiti booed when DAMIAN TEAM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Endira didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Joaquin Quintin came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the DAMIAN TEAM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquin Quintin couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Quintin in the 9th minute of play forced Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 played minutes DAMIAN TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Quintin. In the 11th minute, Jonathan Alphonse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Jonathan Alphonse notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of DAMIAN TEAM's Ermegildo Bixintxo. Ermegildo Bixintxo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Ernso Constant managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haiti's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernso Constant was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermegildo Bixintxo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 21 minutes, Jonathan Alphonse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Haiti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Alphonse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Quintin in the 22nd minute of play. Cristian Dolcet hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, DAMIAN TEAM's Noel Seide threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joaquin Quintin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquin Quintin in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Noel Seide prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 29 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Ernso Constant. Anastasio Serafo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Quintin in the 44th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After a defensive mix-up in Haiti's zone, Joaquin Quintin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noel Seide came out of the goal and Joaquin Quintin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joaquin Quintin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Noel Seide having to make a save. 57 minutes into the match, Joaquin Quintin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Noel Seide. Haiti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joaquin Quintin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a rather tough play, DAMIAN TEAM's Gavino Benitez got a free kick in the 65th minute. A collision led to Haiti getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Jean Claude Ulysse hit a great ball. The throw-in from Cristian Dolcet in the 71st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Haiti's Jean Claude Ulysse. Raymond Louis's late challenge caught a DAMIAN TEAM's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raymond Louis helped the player get up and apologised. Raymond Louis hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Cosme Jusepe hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Ermegildo Bixintxo made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Gesner Philippe sent off a good shot on target. Ernso Constant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Alphonse kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Quintin in the 91st minute of play. Ernso Constant hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match.
