In the 4th match minute, FC ANC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Migliorati to maneuver through the defense. Måns Kjellman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 10 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Måns Kjellman came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 13 played minutes FC ANC got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Migliorati. An unexpectedly hard shot by Måns Kjellman in the 16th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Måns Kjellman in the 17th minute. 17 minutes in the game, Måns Kjellman dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 19th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 minutes of play, FC ANC's Måns Kjellman made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 25thth minute of the game Måns Kjellman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Martin Tudor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Martin Tudor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When FC ANC's Måns Kjellman in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Måns Kjellman's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the game, Måns Kjellman lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. Måns Kjellman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Martin Tudor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dino Petricca got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 43rd minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC ANC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Yanne Van Eyken in the 49th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Måns Kjellman in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Patricio Costa came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Costa couldn't finish the play. After having played for 62 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Måns Kjellman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. In the 67th minute Måns Kjellman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Måns Kjellman notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Måns Kjellman in the 71st minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC ANC's Måns Kjellman. But to his dismay, Måns Kjellman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artemio Quiroga in the 75th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC ANC's Yanne Van Eyken got a free kick in the 76th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artemio Quiroga, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 78th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Måns Kjellman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Måns Kjellman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Dino Petricca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artemio Quiroga, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Petricca came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC ANC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
