Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Maksymilian Drapinski came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Gaston Zárate's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Zacisze Częstochowa's Jurand Cempa. But to his dismay, Jurand Cempa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Gaston Zárate succeeded in the game's 14th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Jurand Cempa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Zárate, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benito Sanz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Zacisze Częstochowa's Jurand Cempa shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Hugo Ferrant got a free kick in the 26th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Gaston Zárate dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benito Sanz, 4-0. Jurand Cempa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. Cristo Verdu struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zacisze Częstochowa. When Abel Carballo fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Abel Carballo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Zacisze Częstochowa booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute, Jurand Cempa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Puig in the 47th minute of play forced Zacisze Częstochowa's goalkeeper Miroslaw Gollob to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gaston Zárate made the kick off in the second half. Gaston Zárate struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zacisze Częstochowa. Jurand Cempa took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. In the 76th minute, Jurand Cempa made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jurand Cempa went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. 83 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's Axel Tasis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Miroslaw Gollob narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 84 minutes into the game, Jurand Cempa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jurand Cempa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jurand Cempa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jurand Cempa in the 94th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zacisze Częstochowa walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
