In the 4th match minute, Fortuna 86 Szczecin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeusz Bartoszek to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute, Cyprian Pracki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Harun Mengüer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Izydor Wolnik having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Harun Mengüer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Izydor Wolnik narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Izydor Wolnik made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Harun Mengüer sent off a good shot on target. Fortuna 86 Szczecin's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lukasz Panikowski in the 28th minute. Fortuna 86 Szczecin's attentive Lukasz Panikowski managed to snatch the ball when Casimiro Claus made a throw-in in the 32nd minute of the game. Stipe Pletikosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Augusto Rosa in the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyprian Pracki in the 42nd minute of play forced Fortuna 86 Szczecin's goalkeeper Stipe Pletikosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The Fortuna 86 Szczecin fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Roberto Nirvana looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 61st minute, Roberto Nirvana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Izydor Wolnik was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Roberto Nirvana scored 3-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Izydor Wolnik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Evaristo Fernandez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stipe Pletikosa was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Casimiro Claus during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to MS Rybnik getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Casimiro Claus hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Fortuna 86 Szczecin's zone, Evaristo Fernandez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stipe Pletikosa came out of the goal and Evaristo Fernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86thth minute of the game Roberto Nirvana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MS Rybnik's Izydor Wolnik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 88 minutes into the game, Lukasz Panikowski threw the ball into play from the sideline. MS Rybnik's Casimiro Claus quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Casimiro Claus kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roberto Nirvana in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Izydor Wolnik saved MS Rybnik from getting behind. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fortuna 86 Szczecin fans cheered their team off the field, for while MS Rybnik had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
