Noel Seide made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Joga Bonito's Lucjan Kasperowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Haiti booed when Joga Bonito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachary Pyczkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 12 minutes, Hugon Mios managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joga Bonito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugon Mios was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 13 played minutes Joga Bonito got a freekick which was hit by Hugon Mios. In the 14th minute of the match Jonathan Alphonse shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Radomir Bienienda showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Joga Bonito were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Haiti's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wit Fudalej took the corner. After taking down the ball on Joga Bonito's corner Wit Fudalej fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Noel Seide quite easily take care of the ball. Ernso Constant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomir Bienienda having to interfere. Haiti's Noel Seide proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Haiti from getting a goal against them. In the 24th minute, Jonathan Alphonse sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Joga Bonito's Radomir Bienienda didn't even have to move. Ernso Constant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Gesner Philippe made a precise shot to the right of Radomir Bienienda. Joga Bonito's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 35th minute Ernso Constant shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomir Bienienda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernso Constant scored 1-2 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Radomir Bienienda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Ernso Constant had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artur Topolski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Philippe Ambroise fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haiti's protests and gave Philippe Ambroise a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Haiti getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Philippe Ambroise hit a great ball. After 47 minutes, Ludomir Lisewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Joga Bonito and the Haiti players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 47 played minutes Joga Bonito got a freekick which was hit by Ludomir Lisewski. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonathan Alphonse made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Haiti's zone, Hugon Mios stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noel Seide came out of the goal and Hugon Mios tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ernso Constant could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Radomir Bienienda made a huge save. In the 60th minute, Artur Topolski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Noel Seide was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Wit Fudalej kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 63 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Ernso Constant. If Lucjan Kasperowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 70 minutes, Ernso Constant managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Haiti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernso Constant was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artur Topolski, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Saint Jean Pierre hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Radomir Bienienda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raymond Louis in the 88th minute. Joga Bonito's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
