FC SASA ILIC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 45thth minute of the game Sebastian Villa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC SASA ILIC's İlyas Tolga Baykır was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC SASA ILIC's goalie prevented a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Stefano Rouco kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Honduras's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
