Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. In the 13th minute Eustaquio Chinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marian Adamski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 20 minutes into the match, 朱凌松 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 朱凌松 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Panama were furious when Alex Cambeiro was red carded, 23 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 28th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Adamski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Desfachatados F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 朱凌松 in the 35th minute. The corner ended in Fernando Madeo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Panama's Marcos Cotilla did a great save. 37 minutes into the match, Fernando Madeo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernando Madeo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when 朱凌松 tried to sneak it across the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. Clemente Orain took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Orain, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Clemente Orain kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 62nd match minute, Desfachatados F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Raebert to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute, Abraham Alguacil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 朱凌松, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute Clemente Orain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Madeo in the 76th minute of the match. 朱凌松 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Eustaquio Chinto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eustaquio Chinto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Madeo in the 84th minute of play. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Marian Adamski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Chinto in the 90th minute of play. In the 95th minute Eustaquio Chinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Desfachatados F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Panama had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
